I've been with EE for over 10 years and can honestly say the service for both mobile and broadband has been excellent so no concerns whatsoever.  However I have constantly had issues when using the EE website and app.  While I can understand and accept the occasional  hick up but this has to be one of the most buggy websites/app I have ever come across.  I regularly have to switch from Google to Edge and have never been able to switch from mobile to broadband while logged in .  Has anyone else had these issues?

When it comes to the EE App, if you're noticing issues with this I'd recommend deleting it, clearing your cookies and cache, then giving this a fresh install. 

It's also worth checking in with our customer care team, and they'll be able to check how this is all set up at our end too.

Clearing cookies and cache didn't help and it also happens on my mobile (Iphone 12 pro max)
