So I am out of contract in 14 days and have logged into my account on ee app and website and says I can upgrade. I have tried many times today and all I keep getting is log in to see your upgrade offers so I log in again and it says to upgrade ring 150! I am just going round and round in circles! I have called 150 twice today and nobody knows why I can’t upgrade online! It is absolutely ridiculous! I want to see phone, offers and contracts and choose what I want! I am sick of it and stressed out by it! I have been with ee for years and have 2 phones and 2 contracts and I think it’s finally time to move away from ee. I swear they do it on purpose to make you call to upgrade! No I want to look at my upgrade options!,

I’ve done that, have tried all different ways, different devices and different browsers. I can log in and see I’m eligible for an upgrade but as soon as I click upgrade it keeps asking me to log in again and then says ring 150 to upgrade. Just been going around and around in circles all day and I’m sick of it 😢

Could be a tech issue specific to your account. I would recommend calling 150 and they can send off a tech form to fix this for you.
