Hub not connecting.

My hub is not connecting to the internet. EE are saying there is a power issue to my hub yet the light is on, how can that be?

Advice on EAPS with Smart Hub Plus

Going to be starting a new contract mid aug ( Im assuming it will be the SH31B hub? ) , will only be having part fibre .... ie fibre to the exchange and cooper to to the house.Was wanting to know if I could use the same router that is being provided ...
