My EE Website blocked

So I was in My Account and clicked banner at the bottom asking "was this page correct" and then the whole EE website blocks me ... 

 

I've cleared cookies and cache.

 

I can access it from my phone If i switch Wifi off. My Fibre is provided by BT.

Can you try clearing your browsers cache and cookies and logging in again, does this work for you?

Its not browser based blocking its by IP as still blocked using a phone on wifi.

All clear using data or VPN.

I would suggest getting in touch with your broadband provider to get this looked into.

I doubt it is anything to do with my provider.....

 

We all have the same issue,getting blocked after we click on yes

happened to me while i was just talking on the live chat, now i cant carry on that conversation 😂

Had same problem the past couple of weeks and it’s definitely an EE problem

 

in my case, it turned out ee.co.uk was blocking access with iCloud private relay turned on. It’s probably blocking most other vpn services too, as well anyone unlucky enough to have their ip on the block list. 

This is really strange, I was able to login to my biz account on PC running 11, but after signing out and trying my private account I got "Blocked" up. Switched on VPN and could get in. Signed out again then repeated sign in and was blocked again. Switched off VPN then on again and could sign in???? So in essence it looks like I need a new IP address each time I want to sign in to my accounts. Mobile app appears to be OK except it asks me to set up PIN each time I login but I use face login?

Those "Yes/No" buttons seem to be working when using a web browser within a smartphone.

 

After selecting the "Yes" button a "Thank You" is returned.

Click on that same "Yes" button, same outcome, "blocked" - fast payment webpage using desktop computer.
