So I was in My Account and clicked banner at the bottom asking "was this page correct" and then the whole EE website blocks me ...
I've cleared cookies and cache.
I can access it from my phone If i switch Wifi off. My Fibre is provided by BT.
Below is what I see

Hi @354-
Thanks for coming here.
Can you access the fast payment page, when not connected to WiFi on another device?
Leanne.

@Leanne_T - Yes I can access the page itself from a EE 4g connection on a smartphone, the feedback "Yes" button works.
When trying to use the same "Yes" button to provide feedback, from a desktop (Windows, computer, Chrome(plain chrome-not add-ons etc), ) (not using Virtual Private Network or Apple devices or Apple private relay) the same screen is returned as the image in post 1 of this thread.

Thanks @354-
Could you try again in 24 hours and let me know if this works for you?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

Im blocked as well from a VM IP Address, that worked at 11am then at 2pm didn't.
I has nothing to do with my browser or any customers browser it is purely an EE issue.
From looking at the TCP handshakes when failing to connect - Incapsula (Imperva) is doing some A record re-direction, as part of DDOS mitigation, and is blocking legitimate data traffic, and from speaking to technical support, it seems to be affecting a lot of people...
This is poor /cheap/nasty DDOS protection
EE need to fix this, and getyour Cyber Security Vendor - Incapsula (Imperva) in for a word about blocking legitimate traffic, as their is no rhyme or reason for this to be happening to customers.

@Leanne_T - the 24 hours cool down has made the difference.

Morning Leanne, not sure what you mean by 'the 24 hours cool down has made the difference'. Still blocked this morning for me, again, if I use VPN I can login once, to login again I have to reset VPN.
Meant to say this is on PC.

They haven't got a clue...
Nor do the Social Media Team, if I am asked once more to clear the cookies and temp files... I going to go full geek, and start posting the Wireshark HEX output.. lol
Would be good if they acknowledged they have a problem, and got their InfoSec team to fix it...
using a VPN is not an option for all people...

Leanne, I'm having exactly the same problem after clicking a response to this "was this page helpful to you" question. How exactly should I fix this, bearing in mind it has nothing to do with cookies, cache or my broadband provider?
Thanks,
Tonia
