Online Upgrade not working,

Trying to upgrade thru the app and online site but system won't allow it, my contract expired in Jan 23 so I'm well beyond time limit to upgrade, says to call 150 or call in store, I haven't the time to waste on hold trying to call an advisor and going instore is a siege, if I can't upgrade online I'll just go to a different provider,

If you call 150 via your mobile, press 1 for mobile and then 2, you should then get through to someone, I got through last week very quickly, so hopefully will be a quick to get someone to speak to you.
