So I was in My Account and clicked banner at the bottom asking "was this page correct" and then the whole EE website blocks me ...
I've cleared cookies and cache.
I can access it from my phone If i switch Wifi off. My Fibre is provided by BT.

Can you access your account if you connect to WiFi on your phone?
Have you tried another browser on the computer?

As I stated in my original post, I can access via phone if i switch Wifi off. it seems centred around my home broadband

I doubt it is my end, all other sites are fine, I simply clicked on the "Was this useful" banner and got IP blocked by EE website.

@Leanne_T : No, using WiFi or Ethernet from a PC to access your online MyEE is exactly the same.

I am having this same issue but with my mobile data, the whole website seems to block me.
