My EE Website blocked

So I was in My Account and clicked banner at the bottom asking "was this page correct" and then the whole EE website blocks me ... 

 

I've cleared cookies and cache.

 

I can access it from my phone If i switch Wifi off. My Fibre is provided by BT.

In the web browser while on that error message, use the "developer tools", does it show error messages or any other information?

just this in the dialogue box

@adzcriz - Somehow I have managed to do the same thing too, very odd, using latest Chrome, Edge too. This was clicking on the "Yes" button from the "Was everything clear on this page"

Just tested with phone's 4G EE Mobile Broadband connection. Website and login page is working, able to log in. All very odd.  

yes, it seems my home internet has been IP blocked but using mobile data is fine. If connected to wifi neither my phone or computer can access it.

Also the layout for those (Yes/No) buttons are laid out differently for some reason for each of the dashboards at the bottom "Was everything clear". (PAYG dashboard - legacy packs)
