Hello, I am trying to access the ee live chat/message but can I heck get access to it. Am trying via the ee app, have tried via messenger and it says to download the ee app! Erm already have. This service from ee is very hit and miss, it needs to be more consistent. 

 Has this service now finished or is it available when suits ee?

I need help to install my esim as I'm travelling today and I try to installed and it won't let me?

I can imagine you're excited to be travelling today, and that you'll be eager to get your eSIM sorted before you leave.

We have a handy web page which gives step by step instructions on how to download and install your eSIM.

Hi, I use to be EE customer until last year. I switched to Vodafone, got a new contract via Mobiles.co.uk. I was able to switch with the ee sim without needing a new sim from Vodafone as it was ESIM. I recently travelled and lost my SIM card. I reported it and managed to block my sim. And got sim replacement twice, but it still doesn’t work. I have also spoken to thatagent today via the app, he has mentioned that maybe EE has locked my phone ? Please can u help

I'm sorry to hear that you lost your SIM, I can imagine it must have been very frustrating for you.

If you purchased your phone via a third party and your current network is Vodafone, we'd not have any control over your SIM and plan.

I'd recommend getting in touch with your current network so that they can get this investigated further for you.
