Hello, I am trying to access the ee live chat/message but can I heck get access to it. Am trying via the ee app, have tried via messenger and it says to download the ee app! Erm already have. This service from ee is very hit and miss, it needs to be more consistent. 

 Has this service now finished or is it available when suits ee?

@Keelie-rose : To cancel your EE BB & Home Phone either:

1. If you no longer want any BB at your location, you phone EE on the Freephone no. (Opt 1) in my sig. and give 30 days notice OR
2. If you want to migrate your BB to another ISP you apply to them directly & they'll take care of everything bar your final EE bill.

You can download, print or save your EE bill free of charge. Just visit View your monthly EE Mobile or EE Broadband bill for details how to do this. 

To get a printed or itemised EE bill sent to you by post call us on 150 from your EE mobile.
