Hello, I am trying to access the ee live chat/message but can I heck get access to it. Am trying via the ee app, have tried via messenger and it says to download the ee app! Erm already have. This service from ee is very hit and miss, it needs to be more consistent.

Has this service now finished or is it available when suits ee?

Hey @Black6666677.

Is there anything in particular you're looking for help with here?

We don't provide live chat through these forums, but we may able to give some advice around your query.

Alternatively you can find live chat under 'Message Us' in the Help section of the EE app.

Hello, I have a 2-year SIM contract with EE.

I bought the SIM in Burnley in 2024 but I don’t remember the start month.

Please tell me how much time is remaining and my contract end date.

My WiFi password works keeps saying incorrect password

Hi @Sarah_5,

Welcome to the EE Community

The default WiFi password should be printed on the card on the back of your hub. There will be two passwords, one is the WiFi password to connect devices to your WiFi and the other is the admin password for accessing the hub settings.

You can check and change the default password via the EE app or admin page as detailed on our help page

If it is just one device you are having an issue connecting via WiFi I would recommend restarting that device.
