where’s the live chat gone from the account when you go contact us it only gives me “call us” can someone explain to where it’s gone all of sudden as I need to speak to someone.

How long have you had this problem for? Have you tried restarting your phone? 

If it still isn't working after that, it may be worth checking your postcode on our network status checker to see if we have any maintenance works in your area.

Hi

Hey I have a SIM card it’s no longer working but I still have the sim it’s self and my accounts on there eg WhatsApp,viber many more.but it’s just stoped it has no signal I believe. I don’t know . Thx
