Link a Product

I have been on the phone to EE 3 times and every time the agents have said they would sort this out and they would report this issue to the technical support team and nothing has happened since. 

I have been using the EE app for a while now and had no issues until recently. When I clicked onto the app the app said to link a product and when I click link a product I am promoted to click either Link EE mobile or SIM or click Link EE Broadband. I select link EE mobile or SIM and when I select it loads for a couple of seconds and then brings back the Link EE mobile or SIM or click Link EE Broadband page. 

I am using the same phone number and EE account - nothing has changed.

I just dont know why the app isnt letting me link my phone numbers. This is really frustrating as I am not able to manage anything, I am not able to check my data or gift data.

Please could someone advise me of what to do?

Can you access your account logging in through a web browser? 

Did our mobile care team raise a support ticket to get this looked into?

I have the same problem linking products.

I have spoken to EE at least 5 times, spent 30mins on the phone to them yesterday. They assured me it was fixed and would be ok in 6 to 8 hrs. Well 24hrs later its still not fixed and I can't even get as far in the linking process as I did before.

Come on EE it's time you actually did something about this as you can see I'm not the only one having problems.
