Has anyone successfully managed to set up 2FA on their EE account recently?

I'm a new EE account holder and when I try to enable 2FA it only accepts the first 10 digits of my mobile number and tells me it has sent a text to it.  I've tried it without the leading zero - but I still do not get a text message with the confirmation 6-digit code.  The only option I have is to cancel out and give up on attempting to set up 2FA.

Hi @James_B ,

Yes - it is still not working correctly.  It tells me it has sent the text message immediately after I have entered the 10th digit and moves on to the next screen without letting me enter the 11th digit.  It doesn't even wait for me to press the "Send passcode" button.

Below is not my mobile number, I tried to type 07987654321, but you can see that it claims to have sent a passcode to a 10-digit mobile number.
