Been trying to load my upgrade for 2 weeks now and it says cannot load information try bring online or something like that,

Supposed to be the best network and my bill is £270 a month 

 

Pretty disgusted with the service from ee

Have you tried clearing all cookies and cache and opening a new web browser? 

If so, please call us on 150 and the team will get this looked into for you.
