Today I upgraded my phone and transferred my contract to a business contract. I’ve been with EE with the same mobile number for years. When I log in to the EE App, it remembers who I am from my sign up credentials, but it does not recognise my mobile phone and it won’t accept me trying to link my number to an account. It says the number isn’t recognised. Any ideas?
