I recieved 2 individual emails saying that ive "updated my contact details", one for email and the other for phone.
They included the EE phone line and everything saying "if this isnt you, call this", and it wasnt me.
But i've logged into the website into my account with my usual email and my mobile as 2fa and nothing is changed?
Seems everything is fine, but idk, either way I can't call the number, i only have a broadband line with EE and i dont have a phone capable of calling out. EE really needs to have an online chat solution like every other provider, not everyone has access to being able to call through.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

That does look like a genuine email address we would use @Necromi.
I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call from any phone, so they can bring up your account and check it over to be sure that it hasn't been compromised.
If you don't have access to any phone at all, you can also visit an EE store who can put you in charge with the team.
It will also be worthwhile updating your password, just to be 100% safe.

Does it have a link in it that it tells you to click? Don't go there but what was the link?

There's no links or anything. Looks entirely like a valid EE email. Sent from "no-reply@info.ee.co.uk".
