Hello i recently placed a order for a ps portal about half 8 this morning but havent recieved order confirmation can you please help me

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes and unfornately none there either , hopefully she wrote the email right , im a exsiting customer anyway so they should have my email and adress already

Once the order has been dispatched, DPD will be in touch with tracking details for the delivery. The device will also be added to your EE account.

Similar situation here. I've ordered iphone 15 pro max and got email to contact ee to discuss few details. Next day I received text message 'error occured with the order you placed online. Sorry about that. Please call us on 08009563045 today so that we can fix the problem and get your new device on its way to you. Your order ref: XKO*********. Thanks' Next day I called ee and after being on a phone for 30 minutes the order has been accepted. I was told that phone will be delivered on Wednesday 29th May. This morning I got same text message that error occured with the order I placed online. No text message from DPD either.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had this message again. It's difficult to tell if it is a mistake, or whether there has been an issue with the order. The only way to tell is to speak with our Mobile Care team again.
