Cant be able to edit the billing address. I contacted the contact services for this EE and they updated it already as to what I know, and then I recieved a message to update my address in my account. however there is no such edit billing address in my account!..

Could you try logging into the EE app and select Profile > Settings > Settings and Permissions then Change Billing address. This should open the web page to update the billing address.

Having hard time to search billing address. There options found in there system is so different. There is no Manage option to change the billing address. There instructions doesnt have sense!

This option doesn’t exist online. The only options for me are to change my email address or telephone number.

That's great news @sumijdavid I'm glad it's eventually worked for you, I'm very sorry that it took a few times to work though.
