I believe they are having an issue with a change to the backoffice cross site scripting. This has to be effecting a LOT of users, since it's a denied connection to some adobe servers that are responsible for rendering your bill within the page.

Specifically the servers are:

Request Method: POST
Status Code: 400 Bad Request
Remote Address: 66.235.152.225:443
Referrer Policy: strict-origin-when-cross-origin

I also suspect this is part of it.
your-bills#state=<massive cooking snip>:1 Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://queue.ee.co.uk/?c=eeuk&e=myee2020&ver=v3-java-3.6.1&cver=107&man=MyeeKnownUser&t=https%3A%2F...' (redirected from 'https://ee.co.uk/app//extra-charges-total') from origin 'https://ee.co.uk' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: Redirect is not allowed for a preflight request.

For those who don't know what this means, it's likely that the web server you are looking at when logged into EE, and then you select "View my bill", it reaches out to another set of servers to get that information and those servers are blocked by a policy, either a web server policy because you are switching domains, or an authentication policy because you are not authorised, OR both.

Basically, EE need to get their act together and this is affecting a lot of people and it's about time they woke up.

I’ve so far lost out on £100 because I’ve been unable to claim as an expense through work. There seems to be no urgency to fix this. Seriously considering changing provider.

I am in the same boat. Waiting on the pdf so I can claim over £100 of EE expenses.

Absolute joke, how do you expect people to keep up their bills with you when you have problems each month for it? You need to start cutting your contract prices each month with how many issues everyone has.. it isn't worth it!

Not a solution as such, as it doesnt fix the probelm, but for those who need copies of their bills for claiming expenses like I do,
I raised a full complaint (Go to the 'Contact Us' page and the small print at the bottom there is a 'See Ways To Complain', then midway through that page, there is Go To Web Form)... As a formal complaint that gets audited, they fall over themselves to be able to close the complaint again. They called me later that day.... They're now monthly sending me paper bills, & also reimbursing £3, which is the cost of paper billing plus a few pence more, so tiny discount..ha.

Hi @Hb701

Thanks for coming here.

When you log into the EE app and select Manage, then Bills & Payments, do you have the option to view the bill?

Leanne.
