When pressing the 'help' button on the ee website I no longer am able to start a live text chat. Is this feature no longer available? Or is it restricted to certain hours/days? Thanks.

You can view your upgrade options by logging in to your EE account online or by texting UP to 150.

I received a text message saying I had ordered new equipment. This is not accurate, I have never ordered any new equipment, kindly update your detains, but wlt me know when you have changed this request.

If you have recieved a text about new equipment and have not ordered any it would be best to give us a call so that our team can check your account to help clarify what is happening. We do not have any account access through these forums to be able to check your account.
You can call us on 150 from an EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any phone.
