When pressing the 'help' button on the ee website I no longer am able to start a live text chat. Is this feature no longer available? Or is it restricted to certain hours/days? Thanks.

If you are looking to use the live chat then you would only be able to do so on the app, and we will need to send a verification text to your phone for you to be able to log in. I'm so sorry you're not able to do this right now.

You'll need to contact Customer Service where a guide can arrange for a full block and a replacement SIM card.
Alternatively, if you have only lost your SIM card and still have your mobile phone, you can use the EE app on your phone to chat with a guide.
Just click Help > Message Us
