I’ve had 3 chats open on my app since Friday trying to contact someone about porting my number away from EE and it’s still not been completed, and not once has someone actually replied to me. Nearly 24 hours in total with the chat open on my phone and no response. Absolute joke. Somewhat glad it’s not just me where the system is breaking down.

Hi @Clareharper You can access live chat through your My EE app.
When you've logged into your app, just select ‘Help’ in the bottom menu, then you’ll see the ‘Message us’ option when its available.
Live chat isn’t available through our Contact Us page.

What about when you message through the app but then get ignored on 3 separate occasions over 3 consecutive days and never actually get acknowledged/responded to? This is actually ridiculous, I get replies within minutes from my new provider, but EE? Nothing

@Kobi90
You can request your PAC code through the EE app. Just click Manage > Settings > Leave EE.
Alternatively the just text PAC (from the EE phone) to 65075
For some helpful information about what happens once you've cancelled your line, just visit Thinking of leaving EE

I got my STAC code and the transfer was supposed to have been completed on the 18th September, 2 days before my contract ended, but the number still hasn’t been transferred nearly 3 weeks later….

Hi @Kobi90 A STAC is used to cancel your old contract when you don't want to keep your same number.
Could I just check, were you looking to take your number with you to your new provider?
