Error message on App

Unable to access app due to error message indicating date of birth is the issue. I have tried calling the number suggested for EE but there is no option for app issues???

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@Thomav , try pressing option 2, that should get you through to someone, but click on the one that says billing.
