I'm having the same issue, except when I go through the link process, it tells me my mobile is already linked. Yet I can't see it under the 'Manage' tab! Absolutely useless app!

Hello,i am unable to link my sim only plan to my EE app. It says “we are unable to link right now. Please try again or come back later”i have contacted the customer support a couple of time but still unable to see my plan.

Resolved! Invalid postcode.

It’s impossible to enter a US cc address in the app or website because there’s a validation bug. It seems to not know us postcodes are digits!please EE get a clue and provide a way to accept feedback - DIRECTLY
