App issues

Want to be able to access parental controls via the app but it won't allow me to log in!  Keeps taking me back to the home screen & I gather this is a common issue.  Not helpful at all. 

Resolved! Cancelled My Broadband

I have called twice now to cancel my broadband,  was told it was canceled and now i have a text from Royal mails saying your are sending me a HubbI DONT WANT ITStill have not sent me my cancellation email

Every time I try to use the App I get so far - I go to the log in page and enter my email address, verify it's me and then I enter the pass code sent to my phone but every time it takes me back to the log in page. It's  REALLY frustrating.

Resolved! App closed for maintenance

Every time I need to use the app it’s closed for maintenance, it’s absolutely infuriating, I need to use the device controls, why don’t they do it in the early hours of the morning when less people need to use it
