Resolved! Error message on App

Unable to access app due to error message indicating date of birth is the issue. I have tried calling the number suggested for EE but there is no option for app issues???

Login issues now for a year

I’ve not been able to login into the app or website for about 12 months now. Fed up of asking EE about it. Had tickets raised, sent screen shots, been told to delete apps, reload apps, try different browsers,explained the issues over and over again. ...

Well, can’t have a go at me for not being able to pay my bill today so I don’t want any of my services to be stopped because of this

This is a total joke every other weekend they are updating this app never during the week or early hours
