I don't understand how the service can be so bad. I recently moved to EE with mobile and broadband and I am trying to change any settings error come up on the site. I tried to change my billing address as the last time i did it via the phone, the person actually didn't change it, so its still old address on all my bills. Trying to view any information? Error!
How can such a big company have such a terrible digital service. Even when signing up with EE the first time, they could not link a wifi account with a mobile account i had to give 2 different email addresses cause 'Sorry our system is having issues' this was 6 months ago.
It's a disgrace to charge this much for services and then not make it easy to change simple settings online, instead they bombard their customer service with queries and queues of people who literally should be able to do things online themsleves.

I appreciate it is far from ideal having to call, but I would recommend reaching out to the team, so they can get this up and running for you moving forward.

,Its been and issue for years and still not addressed.
My internet is now with someone else, got a few phone contracts coming to an end then i'll be off for good.
