App issues

I have just joined EE and downloaded the app. I get to the verification code and enter it but it just takes me back to the first log in page. Is there a fix for this? Extremely frustrating!

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Can you log into your EE account online using a web browser to link your products? If you can view your account in the web browser, please try deleting and the app and re-downloading and log in with your registered details.
