Login issues now for a year

I’ve not been able to login into the app or website for about 12 months now. Fed up of asking EE about it. Had tickets raised, sent screen shots, been told to delete apps, reload apps, try different browsers,explained the issues over and over again. Told its a global problem or its an issue that will either be fixed in a few months or a few days. Its a complete joke. As a business I have no access to bills and contracts that need renewing. I was last told that I couldn’t speak to tech support at EE as all call handlers had been now told not to forward any calls regarding the login issue. Good luck to anyone who has had login  issues for a few weeks do not expect any help or any solution for a long time yet !

@stormywater   To find  out what devices are due and upgrade you can just text upgrade to 150 from that device.    

I keep all information like this on a calendar with 1 month notice before hand then a week notice before hand., this is setup the moment I get that contract.      If you’re a business customer I’m more surprise you’ve not got this sort of thing in place already.     

As for not being able to see bills I’ll be requesting paper bills at no charge because of the issue that’s out of your control
