EE Rewards - m&s gift card redemption

Just popped my code in to get my free gift card today and it keeps timing out (internal server error), so I haven't received the qr code for the gift card. Now going back into the app it either says I have already redeemed the gift card or lets me go through the process again, then gives me the same internal server error 500.

How do I redeem my card?
