It is truly abysmal. It must be the worst website I interact with. Even the simplest of things causes it to crash or just freeze. Just tried ordering a watch for my daughter and after I paid the upfront fee using PayPal it returned me to the EE website where I was asked what kind of business I was. I'm not a @#!&8ing business just a normal user logged into my personal account. Right at the bottom was a message saying the store wasn't working right now but our engineers are on it. What a joke that is!
