After being forced to do an update now the app is worse than ever. Im so fed up with it. To the point im actually really considering leaving for a different company. Why do they have to fix something that wasn't broken? I dont get it. & i cant really say much for their speeds. Sure it says thats the speed im receiving but doesn't feel like it at all. I just have to take their word for it. Tbh their app is crap. Keeps saying sorry try again etc. Why did it get worse. It was good for a while. When i moved in. But now after forced updates its got a lot worse. Their app, there service, speeds, & just generally not really giving me the service i expected & promised. Give me 1 good reason to even stay with EE. As i said im very very much thinking of leaving. Am i a rarity or is it common across the EE app?

Which EE product are you using the app with & from which you are getting poor speeds? Is it mobile or Home Broadband?
