Unable to view bill online

I click 'View my bill' and just get a dummy page every time.  Just been happening since last month

If you would like to get the online account looked into, please call us on 150 and the team will make sure everything is set up correctly for you.

Do you have a personal or business account? 

Can you access all other details in your EE account? 

Do you get the same happen if you log into the EE app?

Hi Leanne, thanks for you help. It's a business account. I just installed
the app and great, I can get the bill that way thanks
