I am trying to log on and see my account details, things like a summary of my account, what I pay, what's included, what things outside my plan cost, upgrades, copies of past bills etc.
I've spent hours and am going round in circles. This really should be the most basic simple thing, but it's taken me ages. It's frustrating to the point I am thinking of changing provider just to get the information I need.

Hi @Alanblunt,
If you haven't linked your SIM to your online account, the easiest way to do it if via the EE app.
Once logged in, just tap the link a product tile.
Does this resolve the issues you're seeing?

I'm having the same issue. Just moved from BT and am happy with what I got but having the same issue/problem with the app and website.

Hi @Donnie16.
Thanks for coming here.
Are you trying to view your EE home broadband or EE mobile account?

I am also seeing this issue. I received by new SIM yesterday and have tried to link the product with my account but there's no way for me to manage my mobile account in the app or web browser. I also only see adverts and the option to "link products". When I try that though it tells me that my phone number is already linked to my account so I can't add it again

I have not. I will try them tomorrow but from what I can see on other posts here (e.g. https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/EE-app-and-website/Online-account/td-p/1380075), I don't expect it to help. I'll post here either way

Is it too hard for EE to make an app which gives just the bare information? Or make a pared down app, for those who aren't still living with their parents?
The EE app is over 80% sales pitch and Early Learning Centre pictures.
The vast majority using the app want information about their existing contract. They don't want the "hard sell" clickbait which EE is pushing. They can find that on the web. The 98% majority users just want the bare information, and to get on with our real lives. Plusnet was so much better.
