I try to login to my account and all I get is "linked to another account " and when I try to get onto my profile "oops something went wrong try again later " I've tried numerous times to resolve the issues and the basic response is all fine at their end its a new app and bare with it ..... not good when youre wanting to keep a check on things ... where do I go from here? as pleasant as the customer service team are they've been no help to resolve account access

Welcome to the community,
I would suggest ringing customer service so that they can reset your account, they will do this and then you should be able to log-in.

I've tried this 3 times and 1 boss even tried to manage my account without success.. Said if no change in a couple of weeks I've to try ringing them again
