I'm due an upgrade, go on the website and find the following offer.
Phone with data = £29.14 instead of £59.14
Below the upgrade it states price shown is for phone with airtime, not phone plus separate airtime
Click the offer and it £29.14 for the phone only!
This is false advertising. Even the ladies I messaged on X and Facebook agreed I was correct but were unable to process it.
If what is advertised isn't honoured I will be contacting Trading Standards and leaving EE for a different mobile provider.

How do I contact the Mobile Care Team? Reluctant to phone as they can't see the screen shots as proof that I'm not making it up
