Is there a live chat that I can access from a PC or Laptop?

Hi, I am an EE customer. My mobile phone isn't accessible atm as it has been stolen. I am wondering how I can talk to somebody online, using a PC or Laptop. I have access to whatsapp, and can get to the website, but I can't seem to find any way to speak or type with somebody online that doesn't refer me back to my mobile phone.
