I paused the WiFi for my daughters devices which i have in a group, it worked, however once we had gone passed midnight last night she was able to use the Internet on her phone. I googled it and it said there could be a glitch with the App so uninstall and reinstall the app. I have done this but when I go to manage and broadband I can't see my groups and it keeps telling me to link the app to my hub but everytime I try this it tells me the account is already registered. I now cannot see my groups or any of the devices linked to my hub!?

We don't want you to have any trouble managing your your groups, so I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having. Are you able to view these when you log into your online account or does this not show there either?
