Changing phone plan

Hi guys, how can I change the plan on the iPhone app? In the "Manage" section it just shows my monthly spending and that's it. I want to be able to downgrade my plan so I could pay less. Do you have any idea how can I do this on the app?

Hi @1ttt

Are you outside your minimum contract term.

To downgrade you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

You can't downgrade to a cheaper plan mid-term, but only in your upgrade window from 30 days before end of term.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

I'd like to know this too. I'm on a rolling contract and the option has been completely removed from the app.

The app was never particularly great but it was functional. Now it just seems to tell you the same info no matter which header button you press.

Doubly frustrating because my plan has been changed without any notice (by EE). I don't have any issues with the changes, but I'd like to be able to at least view my options.

The other phone in my account is still locked in, but that's fine. I don't need to change that one.

Hi @Ellabee83,

Welcome to the Community!

I'm srry to hear the option to cchange your plan is no longer showing for you in the app, and I can understand that this is frustrating. I'd recommend reaching out to our team who can raise this issue to be investigated for you, as well as look into the options for changing your plan.
