 Hello,

Is this an error on the website?  I understand there is a price increase annually however this seems like a lot - £9.50??

Hi @kbc2711

Thanks for coming to the community.

It definitely shouldn't be showing that amount. If you took a new contract, you'd see an annual increase of £1.50 per month on SIM Only and the airtime portion of a Flex Pay plan, or £4 per month on handset plans where you just pay one monthly amount.

You can see more about the correct charges on our Annual Price Changes page.

Do you have the link for the page where it did show £9 so I can get it flagged?

Michael

Hello Michael,

Thank you for a quick response.

This message shows when you log into My EE account and then click on upgrade.   This has now changed again and instead of stating £9.50 now states £14.50.  I have attached a link and photo as evidence.

Thanks,

Thanks for sending that across @kbc2711

This is definitely incorrect and I'll pass this onto our team to be looked into. The amounts @Michael_D mentioned above are the correct increases for reference while we work on getting this corrected.

Appreciate you letting us know.

Lesley

HI Lesley,

The message is still displaying incorrectly and this is now several weeks later.  I have added evidence below.

Thanks for popping back to let me know @kbc2711

I did report this to our technical team as a general issue as we don't have access to your account here on the forum. I'd recommend giving 150 a call to get it logged specifically on your account as you are still having this issue.
