What are EE so crap

Just sooo poor , I have 6!!! Yes 6 contract phones and broadband , can’t log in , dog**bleep** . Been a customer for over 20’years from the orange days . Safe to say I’ll be leaving next year and taking all my business elsewhere

Been trying to talk to some one at EE for days, who has got 30 to 45 mins to wait to talk to someone . Try the chat - not available , everything else gas a technical fault. Customer service is literally non existent.
