Help

I want to change setting so kids can use internet while they are on holidays and the app is working so I can’t changed the time. It’s frustrating me.

Adding phone

  everytime I try to add my Mobile to my account so I can keep on top of billing etc it doesn’t let me and says there’s an error how do I do it can someone help me please do I need to call ?

Resolved! Unable to gift data

I am also unable to get the gift data page to load. I just get a grey blank  screen with no info. I'm on a Google android phone. This is very inconvenient because I only start with 250mb each month and have to gift myself data from my wife's allowanc...

App always been improved

Most of the week the ee app to deal with parental control thats all i get , I’ve deleted in re installed it still always app being improved when i need all week due to keeping my son in his consistent sleep schedule with his adhd 

Resolved! Can't link account to App

Recently moved to EE broadband . Been struggling to link my account to the EE app. Keeps saying details are different. But been using the same details I purchased with.  Any ideas what could be wrong .
