Hi

i have a problem with my EE app im trying to log in and I need a pin? I don't have any and don't know where to look

@Jpieniazek  if this is asking you to enter a pin then this  pin is something that you previously set up on the My EE app. If you do not remember that pin then the best way around this will be to delete the app and reinstall it and set it up from scratch and remember the pin number that you give it.. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Pedro7,

If you enter the wrong PIN into the app then this will take you to the main sign-on page, which should allow you to log in with your email address and password, or reset your password if you don't know what this is.

Ja też nie mogę się zalogować bo potrzebny kod PIN ja w ogóle nie wiem jaki jest kod PIN a nowa rejestracja nie wchodzi grę w ogóle nie mogę wejść

Thanks for coming here. 

If you are trying to access the EE app and do not know your EE PIN please try deleting the EE app and re-installing. 

You should be able to log in using your EE password.
