recently i have just upgraded myself to the iphone 14 pro on ee but when it comes to linking my product on the ee website it shows comes up saying that we have ran into an error and cant link my product
Please advise

Thanks for coming here.
If you have upgraded you should be able to log into your EE app without linking the new phone. This would be for any new contracts or broadband.

Nope as it shows when log in in is to link my product and when I go onto the app it shows that the account is closed

The message doesnt show when im logging into my ee account through a web browser as it only says on there to link my product.
