Bill payer or user meaning i cant use live chat

Hello,
I do not have the link to use live chat on my EE app.
Could this be because I am both bill payer and user on my account. Desperate to use live chat as I have no working speaker on my phone

If you are a registered user on your account this could be why Live Chat is not showing for you.
When you select 'Help' what options are you provided?
