App won't respond on my new phone

I've just moved to a new phone (Android, Nord CE4). The EE app moved across OK (seemingly) but the Login button is non-responsive. I uninstalled and then re-installed from Play Store, the same; I tried deleting cache; I tried Force Stop - still the same. I tried tapping the Create Account option as an alternative, but no response. Network reports no local issues and I can login on my desktop so presumably my account is OK. What's going on?

Thanks for visiting the EE Community 🙂

If you can login on the website and on the app on your previous device, the current issue would seem to be between the app and your new device.

Is the phone on the latest software version?  If you go into your Settings> Apps> EE, is the app set to open supported links?  

It may sound simple as well but worth a try restarting the phone after installing if you have not already.

Thanks. Given that I uninstalled/reinstalled the app I had assumed it would be fully up to date. However, coincidentally, there was an automatic upgrade that came in yesterday and now I can successfully log in. Very odd. I appreciate your support.
