ee perks

Hi, I am due to upgrade my phone, and am trying to get my 20% off with my blue light card, but when I try to log in to my EE perks it states account deactivated. it wont let me reset or reregister I have called 150 and nobody seems to be able to help me. there is no email or number to contact for EE-perks.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
