I've been using EE Perk for a couple of years and I wanted to move over to EE using the Perk system as I work for a qualifying company.
For some reason, every time I go to reset my password I never receive the e-mail, and I've received other Perk e-mails before potentially I want to move two members of family over to EE as well, but I can't access the Perk portal then I may as well look elsewhere.
Can anyone at EE shed any light on why the password reset system isn't working?

Im having the same issue. When i try and reset password it tells me it cant be done at the moment.

I am sorry to hear you are both experiencing this when trying to reset your password.
The quickest way to get this looked into would be by giving us a call.
Our customer care team have access to a webform that can be sent to our EE Perks team.
Alternatively, if you do not wish to call please pop me over a private message with your email address and name and I will email our EE Perks team.

Hi,
I signed up to EE perks a while ago as a blue light card holder and a family member would like to use a discount code.
When I tried to reenter my account, the password was incorrect and I requested to reset password via email. I have checked everywhere for an email but haven’t received one.

I’m having exactly the same issue. Password is showing incorrect but no password reset email is coming through!

Are you using the same email you registered for a perk account?
Have you checked both your Spam/Junk folders?

They migrated all our e-mails to new domain, so my e-mail was changed.
According to your team the business I work for may of dropped out of the Perk scheme.
