I've been using EE Perk for a couple of years and I wanted to move over to EE using the Perk system as I work for a qualifying company.
For some reason, every time I go to reset my password I never receive the e-mail, and I've received other Perk e-mails before potentially I want to move two members of family over to EE as well, but I can't access the Perk portal then I may as well look elsewhere.
Can anyone at EE shed any light on why the password reset system isn't working?

Hi Debbie,
using the same email address I registered with and have used in the past. I’ve checked my junk folder - nothing!

Are there any other emails addresses you may have used? How long has it been since you last logged in?

Hi,
My daughter has access to EE perks and created an account. The account didn't allow her to log in and any attempts to reset passwords etc. does not come through to her email.
She has attempted to contact help services but has had no luck, and as she is not an EE customer she cannot use 150.
