i cant see how much data i have on the EE app because i sign in and try to link my account but it says it’s connected to another account which is not right as i only have the account i set it up with can i get some help with what to do please

thanks for that do you know how i can link my account on the EE app as it’s saying my phone number is linked to another account

Then you must have another a/c with that no. You'll need to phone CS to sort it out.
